OUR CLUB HISTORY
Ath-Ed Lacrosse was established in 1992 by John Gallucci Sr, and was one of the first companies to provide lacrosse training and competitive leagues in the fall and summer seasons. For nearly 30 years, the Gallucci family has served the Northern NJ region with an endless passion to grow the game that we love, and give back to our community.
In 2000, Ath-Ed league “All-Stars” began competing in club tournaments on the East Coast, and in 2004, Ath-Ed formalized this competitive set of teams under the name “Jersey Thunder Lacrosse Club”.
Over the past 16 years, Thunder Lacrosse has placed thousands of players at the collegiate level, in every competitive division. Some Thunder athletes have won NCAA national championships, broke NCAA collegiate scoring and save percentage records, and/or followed their calling to coach at the High School and Collegiate levels.
Thunder Lacrosse ensures that every athlete is developed to their fullest potential so they can pursue whatever goals they set on and off the field. We are still writing our story. Will you be a part of it?

Our reputation is based on decades of the successful evolution of our athletes’ capabilities. We are inspired to do this at an affordable cost, because elite-level lacrosse training and exposure should be available to everyone.

COLLEGE ADVISORY PROGRAM
The College Advisory Program is designed to serve the high school age student and provide them with an avenue to ask questions, perform research, and provide feedback for both the academic and athletic recruitment aspects of their collegiate career.
